You may install the software on up to two (2) computers that you own or control, provided the software is not used on more than one computer simultaneously.

This license is granted to you personally and may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person without our written consent.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or share the software with others.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the software.

Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

Resell, sublicense, lease, or rent the software to third parties.

Share your license key or authentication credentials with others.

5. Ownership

The software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Ander Audio Limited. Your purchase grants you a license to use the software, not ownership of the software itself.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of Ander Audio Limited.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

7. Delivery

Software products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and download instructions.

Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

It is your responsibility to ensure the email address you provide is correct.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, contact us at support@anderaudio.com with your order number.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

We encourage you to try the demo version before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.

Upon receiving a refund, your license will be deactivated and you must delete all copies of the software.

9. Software Updates

We may release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of our software from time to time.

Minor updates and bug fixes are provided free of charge to existing license holders.

Major new versions may require a separate purchase or paid upgrade at our discretion.

We are under no obligation to provide updates, though we aim to maintain and improve our products.

Support is available to registered license holders only.

We aim to respond to support enquiries within 48 hours on business days.

Support covers installation issues, activation problems, and basic usage questions.

Support does not cover general music production advice, third-party software conflicts, or issues caused by unsupported system configurations.

It is your responsibility to ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before purchasing.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware, operating systems, or DAW software.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software from your computers.
